Our client, following a deliberate, people-first expansion plan throughout the Midwest is adding to their Partnership Executive sales team in Kansas City:
• Create and execute a sales plan – grow market share of landscape maintenance and snow removal services to, CRE and class A facility property manager clients.
• Network – Represent company in AAKC, IFMA, professional groups, associations, and events
• Prospect, Develop and Close winning proposals which tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals

· Salary $60 – $80K plus commission with earning potential of $110k+.

Requirements:
· 5+ years front line sales of commercial landscaping services to facility and property managers in the greater Kansas City metro market
· Experience with CRMs, HubSpot, Aspire, Proposify, or related.
· 4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
