Due to our clients ongoing growth investment as one of Michigan’s largest family-owned landscape companies with branches throughout the state, they are adding to their Commercial Business Development team in southeast Michigan:
• Create and execute a sales plan – grow market share of landscape maintenance and snow removal services to CRE and large facility clients.
• Network – Represent company in professional groups, associations and events
• Prospect, Develop and Close winning proposals which tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals
• Relationship building – proactively communicating with clients to further develop ongoing enhancement sales
Your Rewards:

· Salary $75 – $90K plus commission with earning potential of $110k+.

Requirements:
· You are considered extroverted, intuitive, charismatic and a closer
· References of 5+ years front line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater southeast Michigan market
· 4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
