Due to tremendous growth, our landscape maintenance client with branches throughout the Phoenix market is adding to their Business Development sales team:

•   Create and execute a sales plan to grow market share of landscape, arbor care and irrigation services to BtoB, CRE and HOA clients

•   Network – Represent company in professional groups, associations and events

•   Prospect, Develop – and Close – winning proposals that tie directly to client objectives, company capabilities and profit goals

Requirements:

·  You are considered extroverted, intuitive, charismatic and a closer

·  References of 5+ years front line sales of commercial services to facility and property managers in the greater Phoenix market

·  4 years college degree or equivalent preferred
