As Landscape Maintenance Account Manager serving our clients in the Greenville metro, Upstate SC market, you are responsive and knowledgeable on:

·   Management and Leadership – leading and developing a team of 15 – 20, including, field supervisor, multiple crews and crew leaders

·    Relationship building – proactively communicating with clients and your team regularly to exceed the clients’ expectations and needs

·    Project Management – Inspecting commercial property landscapes for quality, potential service improvements and site enhancements

Your Qualifications:

·      Consider yourself a “grinder” – 3+ years of managing a large client portfolio with a track record of doing what it takes to be successful

·      Experience with commercial clients – developing outstanding relationships with property and facility managers

·      Technology oriented – experience with Aspire considered a plus
