Need a dynamic residential landscape sales designer who reflects their core values:

As an experienced residential landscape designer, you are great at:
· Customer Engagement: Initiating conversations with clients to understand their needs, desires, and pain points; creating design solutions to exceed their concerns.
· Keen design: Adept at crafting designs aligning seamlessly with client’s budgetary constraints.
· Sales Growth: Achieve and surpass sales targets. Identify new opportunities, converting leads into loyal customers.
Your Rewards:

· Salary $90-$120K base plus bonus and profit share potential

MUST HAVE:
· References to 5 years minimum experience in exceeding sales targets for residential landscape projects of $100K+ each!
· Design portfolio of work – proposed designs and photos of completed projects
· Technology savvy – Experienced with CRMs, Aspire, social media; AutoCAD, Sketchup, etc
· Degree in landscape architecture, horticulture or related field a strong plus
