What You’ll Need: 

·   5+ years managing large-scale landscape construction projects ($250K+), leading diverse crews, and using project management platforms. 

·   Deep knowledge of landscape/hardscape techniques, OSHA 10/30 familiarity, and a resilient, proactive builder’s mentality. 

·   Bachelor’s in Landscaping, Construction Management or equivalent;

What You’ll Get: 

·   Competitive $110K–$120K base, flexible, plus 15% annual incentive plan

·      Strategic Operations: Design efficient processes, track costs, and shape the division’s future.
